The Mission of our School

“Excellence in Education . . . Christlikeness in Character”

Since 1974, Berean Christian School has been in the “building” business — not buildings of brick and mortar made with hands, but building in the lives of young people, helping them “lay up treasure as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they make take hold of the life that is truly life” (I Timothy 6:19).

Through the faithful proclamation of God’s Word, we focus on:

BUILDING CHARACTER – endeavoring to to build into lives the character of Jesus Christ.

BUILDING CONVICTIONS - so that children will avoid being “conformed to this this world” but will be “transformed by the renewing” of their minds and hearts (Romans 12:1 & 2).

BUILDING LEADERS who will be like the men of Issachar who “understood the times and knew what Israel should do” (I Chronicles 12:32).

BUILDING FAMILIES who will be equipped to pass on a heritage of faith in Christ by impressing God’s Word on their lives by declaration and demonstration as they “sit at home, walk along the road, lie down and get up” (Deuteronomy 6:4-9).
