Our Mission
It is the mission of the Berean Bible Church of Olathe, Kansas, to glorify God by
making disciples through the faithful teaching of the Word of God, by equipping
and challenging believers to:
- Become conformed to the image of the Lord Jesus Christ.
- Serve one another in love.
- Share the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
This mission statement reflects our belief that the “Great Commission”
is the primary work of the church. The Scriptural mandate for making disciples should
result in a well-balanced ministry of winning people to Christ, building them in
their faith, and then equipping them to share in the work of making disciples.
Our Vision
The vision for the future direction of the church is based on a desire to fulfill
our stated mission. Programs, priorities, and personnel will be directed to help
us accomplish this goal. We envision the following primary goals for the local church:
- A growth center to develop personal spiritual maturity in the image of Christ.
- A family center to strenghten families and demonstrate genuine love to the world.
- A training center to equip the members for the work of the Great Commission.
